6/10
I chose this very nice hotel for its good location in Caorle and because it was one of the few with a pool. Wi-Fi is free, but the coverage is poor. The pool is very small, with only a few sunbeds, and breakfast was average with little space. They even charge extra for a traditional Italian espresso. Most of the breakfast staff spoke only Italian and were insulting, though the other staff were nice.

The room’s on the small side, but it had everything we needed, and the balcony was surprisingly spacious. We didn’t spend much time indoors, just headed out to enjoy the beach, pool, and city.

Our room was kept clean and tidy, with fresh towels every day. The staff were really kind and helpful, and they spoke English and German well.

The hotel is in a handy spot, with everything close by, and parking was great. It was tidy and clean, breakfast was delicious, and everyone we met was lovely. Thanks so much for everything!

The manager threw us out when we complained about the disgusting, dirty room and bathroom. Absolutely pathetic. Never again!
