We came with the family to Hotel The One for a rooftop cocktail and had a great time. The drinks were excellent, the atmosphere was lovely, and the staff were attentive. Right from the start, the reception team made us feel welcome with genuine kindness and professionalism. Valentina was especially friendly and helpful, and really made the difference. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was a letdown for a hotel at this level. It felt hectic, we waited a long time for coffee, and the start to the day wasn't as relaxed or refined as we expected for the price. Also, don't come to Caorle expecting culinary highlights around town. That said, The One Hotel worked well as a comfortable base for a short beach break. We spent two nights in a spacious, stylish, clean sea-view suite, with great views and a high level of comfort. The modern design was appealing, and the rooftop pool and bar were a nice extra after a long day.

We chose this lovely hotel and were glad we did. Everything was fine, and the view from up top was breathtaking. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The owner let us park our cars right in front of the hotel, and the breakfast was awesome. We also loved the place for dinner, and the infinity pool and huge lounge area up top were breathtaking. The hotel and its pleasant employees were top notch, with nothing negative to mention. If you're in Caorle, this is the best place to stay, the others can't come close.

The rooftop pool is a favorite, and we've already booked another stay for next summer. The service is outstanding, and the breakfast is the best we've ever had. The one thing we missed was a door between the sink and shower area and the room.
