A top village.

We had air conditioning and parking at the house, and the beach was a good distance away. Beach service in the first row was another plus. Sadly, that's about where the good points stopped for me. We paid around 30,000 CZK for the week through CK České kormidlo, which felt out of line with what we got. I hope the local agency sees this and makes some improvements for future guests. For €80, the cleaning seemed to amount to sweeping and mopping. The front garden grass was knee-high, and a man came to cut it on Friday evening, our last day, while we were packing to go home. The brush cutter and leaf blower sent grass flying, so I had to move all our things and put them back afterward. With six hours between check-out at 10:00 and check-in at 16:00, I don't understand why the roughly 10 square metres of lawn couldn't have been mowed then. The pool also had odd restrictions: no entry from 13:00 to 16:00, and you had to wear a swimming cap. Wearing a rubber cap in 40°C heat isn't pleasant. From what I saw in nearby residences, these rules seemed to be unique to this one. Inside, the beds had no proper bedding, just a disposable plastic-paper cover that was really uncomfortable. The only blankets I found were furry winter ones with a texture like glass wool, and they smelled as if they hadn't been washed in a long time. Luckily, we had blankets for the children in the car. There was no toilet paper, soap, dishwashing liquid, towel, or dishcloth either. After a 12-hour journey, and arriving no earlier than 4 pm, the first job was finding a shop for basics. I know this wasn't a hotel, but for an €80 cleaning fee, some essentials for the first day could have been provided, and I would have replenished them during our stay.

We had a lovely two-week holiday here. The residence is about five minutes from the sea, ten from the town center, and only a few minutes from a large supermarket. There are two pools, and we mostly used the one for little ones with our two-year-old daughter. At about 40 cm deep, it was just right. Our studio had what we needed, including a microwave and washing machine. Luna Rossa agency looked after us very well. Recommended.

A very nice, quiet area by Italian standards, with a big shop nearby. The pool is close, and although the beach is a bit farther away, there are even two bikes available. Recommended!
