Country House Jamm Jà

The poolside aperitifs were wonderful, and breakfast was excellent, with homemade desserts. The staff were kind and friendly, and the owner, Pasquale, was happy to suggest places to visit. We stayed three days in this charming B&B surrounded by nature, a great spot if you’re after some rest. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the welcome was warm. It’s about a five-minute drive to the sea, and I’d recommend it to families and couples alike.

We keep coming back to Jamm Ja, because leaving it is always hard. It’s more than a beautiful place; there’s a harmony of nature and kindness here that really gets to you. The animals are calm and clearly well cared for, living in a healthy, respectful environment. The local food is full of authentic flavors, made with ingredients from the area and a lot of care. The owners are genuinely welcoming, attentive, and always available. They make you feel like family. You can see that same care throughout the property, from the crystal-clear pool to the tidy, fresh-smelling common areas. Everything is meticulously looked after, and the passion behind it is obvious. We’ll return again and again.

It’s ideally placed for trips to the archaeological sites or the sea. The rooms are clean and excellent, and there’s a large pool with umbrellas and loungers. Breakfast comes with homemade pastries, and you can ask for platters of homemade products.

The food could be better, though it’s wholesome and honestly sourced from the property or nearby farms. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of fresh, high-quality options. The green area and pool are well kept, and the kids were happy, but of course they need close supervision since this is still an agritourism. The rooms are recently built, clean, and well equipped. The location is excellent, halfway between Paestum and Agropoli, less than ten minutes from the sea and Archaeological Park. The owners were especially helpful and deserve almost an extra star. Recommended.
