Paestum Inn Beach Resort

The beach was lovely and quiet, and we enjoyed the pool and grounds too. After two weeks touring Italy, four nights here gave us just the vacation break we needed. Our suite had a patio outside, and the bar and restaurant felt sophisticated.

The staff were attentive and very polite, and the place was spotless. I’d give cleanliness 12 out of 10 👍 It’s quite secluded, so you’ll need a car to explore, though it works well as a base for trips. The train station, with connections to Salerno or Naples, is a 10-minute drive. I’d have liked more choice at breakfast, such as vegetables, and a different lunch menu during our nine days.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and many spoke good English. It’s a lovely little hotel right by the beach, with roomy, clean rooms that are well kept. It’s a bit out of town, so you’ll need a car. I’d recommend a stay here.

We had a great time celebrating our parents’ 50th wedding anniversary here with our family of eight. Nicola, the lifeguard, was so good, clean and kind, and the beach was great. The pool was lovely too. The resort was tidy, clean, well organized and easy to get to. Our rooms were comfortable and neat, with cozy beds, air conditioning and a nice patio in front. Everyone was welcoming, from Director Miss Adele to the housekeeping staff. The food was delicious, full of flavor, and chef Andrea kept delighting us. The floor staff were kind and professional, with special thanks to Gianluca and Francesca for looking after us so well. The breakfast buffet was awesome, and so was the wine list with dinner. We’d recommend this place to anyone wanting to discover the cilento coast.
