Prime Querce

The food was wonderful, and the staff were so kind and welcoming. Everything was tasty, especially the appetizers, which I'd recommend ordering to experience the real flavor of buffalo products. We had lunch and booked a room too. It's a clean, modern place with a children's area full of rides and animals, and the whole setting is peaceful and relaxing. Definitely worth a visit.

The homemade dairy products are a highlight, especially the buffalo burrata, which is truly exceptional. The traditional food is worth trying, too. It's a beautiful agriturismo, with exquisite rooms and hospitality, and a breathtaking view of the sea and rocky mountain ridge.

A great countryside stop for a break and some excellent buffalo mozzarella, ice cream, or yogurt.

Giovanna serves you with remarkable professionalism and a patient, fairy-like kindness. If you're taking the products a long way, just tell them and she'll pack them in Styrofoam with ice in bags to hold the meltwater. I always make a detour here when driving along the Autosole highway, stock up on their specialties, and take them home. The buffalo are raised on site, and the dairy products are extraordinarily good: buffalo mozzarella, excellent yogurt, pudding and gelato, ricotta, and provola, including smoked varieties. The dairy is also an elegant agriturismo where you can stay and enjoy the food there.
