The garden is idyllic and the location is nice, but the property could be fantastic with a few small changes. The suite shower needs renovation, and breakfast was limited in quantity. There were plenty of sweets, though. When my husband asked for scrambled eggs after they’d run out, he got a straight no. Even on Sunday morning, we woke early because of noise from workers on the premises. The breakfast area feels very grey, without any of Tuscany’s colours.

We stayed in a comfortable, quiet room for four, and everything seemed clean. The outdoor pool was a nice place to relax or go for a swim. Breakfast was delicious, and it’s a beautiful place.

The hostess is welcoming and always available, and breakfast is plentiful and varied, with sweet and savoury options. There’s a swimming pool with a hot tub and a large lawn shaded by centuries-old trees. This is a really beautiful, welcoming agriturismo, about 10 km from the beaches and five minutes from Capalbio, where you can go for dinner. I recommend trying "Al Pozzo."

The grounds were the first thing that won us over: green hills, flowers around the pool, and old trees, all beautifully cared for. It’s close to Capalbio and a few lovely villages, too. We spent three nights here and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The rooms felt welcoming, breakfast was beyond what we expected, and the calm atmosphere, kind service, and warm welcome all deserve top marks.
