We loved the quiet, intimate feel of the place. Even though it’s near a major road, the garden stayed peaceful, with no bothersome noise. The owners were incredibly welcoming, and the apartment was spotless. We hope to come back with a big group of friends and try their delicacies! What I didn't like · I liked everything

Tucked away in the woods, this is a beautiful, quiet, secluded place. The location is clean, comfortable, and really nice. We slept well, felt good, and ate well too!

The tart with fig jam was spectacular, though I was too full to finish it. They kindly let me take the rest with me, and I’d have hated to waste such delicious food. The other courses were great too: bruschetta with onion mayonnaise and creamed Roman cauliflower, baby artichokes in oil, wild boar ragu, and peposo. We went for dinner one evening to try the home cooking and the “you eat what you have” approach. Compliments to the chef, and we hope to come back!

The owner and waitress were both very friendly, and the restaurant is attractively presented and well maintained. The dishes felt authentic and were cooked well. The menu changes each day depending on which fresh ingredients are available. When we called to book, they told us it was a set menu that had to be ordered in advance, and we were able to clarify it then.
