Martina was especially lovely, always ready with answers and useful tips about the villa and estate. The villa has a welcoming feel, tasteful furnishings, and a practical kitchen. Beds were comfortable, and air conditioning throughout kept the inside pleasant. We loved the pool and its beautiful outlook, plus the mountain views from the terrace, where there’s a dining table and relaxing chairs. The owner Mariano and his sons were also very pleasant and easy to reach.

We spent August at Villa Bella and had a great time. The pool and views are amazing, and the house is fantastic, clean, and has a well-equipped kitchen. There’s plenty to do nearby, and the location worked really well for us. Martina was friendly and helpful, and communication before we arrived was very nice. I can definitely recommend Bertolli Villa. Thank you, Martina!

Martina welcomed us warmly and was wonderfully service minded. We’d definitely like to return. The house sits on a hillside with lovely views across the province of Lucca, and it has all the facilities you need. There’s a large, lovely pool in a park-like garden, with quiet and relaxing surroundings. It’s also well placed for trips to Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Viareggio, and many other places. 10 out of 10 points!

I’ve made many cherished memories at Bertolli Villas over the years. The family and property managers are gracious and respectful, and the villas are beautiful, set among the green hills with broad views across Lucca.

Martina was a great host, and we’ll come back. The villa is in the hills above Lucca, with lovely views, a beautiful garden, and a very nice pool. Air conditioning works well in all the main rooms.
