A car is essential here, and anyone after a lively atmosphere probably won't enjoy this quiet spot. We came for a relaxing stay and a feel for the “real” Italy, and would highly recommend it for that. The views over Tuscany are superb, and the garden and pool are spotless and for this apartment's exclusive use. The apartment matched the description and photos exactly. The owners live downstairs, and were welcoming and helpful without intruding. They only speak Italian, but got along perfectly well with a translation app. Our only small gripe was the mattresses, which weren't quite to our taste. That's personal preference, though.

We had a wonderful stay in this Tuscan countryside spot among the olive groves. The owners live downstairs and are lovely. The apartment has everything you could need, and it's a good base for visiting Lucca and Pisa, or just unwinding in the evenings.

The terrace and pool are for your private use, and there's a lovely view across the fields. It was a peaceful place to unwind among olive trees and vineyards. The first-floor apartment was beautiful and very clean, and the owners downstairs were friendly. They speak only Italian but manage very well with a translation app. You'll need a car to visit places like Lucca, Pisa, Vinci and Florence. We had a wonderful holiday.
