The flat is spotless and has everything we needed for a comfortable holiday, from towels and cutlery to a washing machine. It’s nicely furnished, and a bed was already made up for our two-year-old daughter, even though we’d forgotten to ask. The owners were so warm and welcoming: they invited us to dinner on our first evening and gave us homemade olive oil and vinegar, both fantastic. It’s only a few kilometres from Lucca. I’d happily stay again and recommend it.

We stayed August 11-14, 2025. The apartment was very clean, with a great kitchen, a large bedroom and a roomy living area. The owner was very kind, and the courtyard garage and security gate were convenient. The one drawback was the fairly loud traffic noise. 4.9/5.

There’s a lovely garden outside with a vine covered pergola, and Emilia even brought us fresh fruit and a bottle of white wine. She also baked two cakes during our five days there. She was kind, thoughtful and made us feel at home without ever intruding. The apartment is spacious and has all the amenities we needed, including a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge, dishes and linens. The property is very well kept, and parking inside the automatic gate was really handy. Thank you so much.

We loved the garden and the generously equipped kitchen, and our hosts were lovely and incredibly helpful. They spoiled us with all kinds of good food. The apartment is beautiful, and it’s easy to cycle to Lucca. Just a few hundred metres away, you can find the Tuscan hills and the first old villas of Lucca. Thanks for a wonderful holiday.

We had a great stay here with three friends during Lucca Comics and Games 2017. The rooms were clean, and our hosts were really friendly, helpful and welcoming. Getting into the city by public transport was the downside: connections are limited, and there’s no service on holidays. I’d recommend having a car.
