We had a lovely view across the valley from our apartment near the pool, where we stayed with our eight-month-old. The place was super nice, and the service was excellent and friendly.

The views of Lucca from Villa Guinigi were the best. Mini, Filippo and Matteo were so accommodating and shared great tips for the area. We had an amazing stay here on our Tuscany trip, and can’t wait to return.

The rooms were very clean, and the views from this peaceful place are beautiful. Our apartment had everything we needed. Martina and Filippo gave us such a polite, warm welcome. Thanks for everything :)

We booked the Borgo for eight people and would gladly recommend it. We’ve stayed at several hotels and villas in Tuscany, and this place stands out for the attentive, professional care from the staff, who looked after our needs. The view is lovely, as you often find in this region, and the property has plenty of thoughtful details. There’s parking, a great kitchen, and the place is both kid-friendly and dog-friendly. The staff were always smiling. Special thanks to Filippo and Martina, who were kind, helpful, and quick to respond to what we needed.
