We came as a family of five and booked two weeks, but left after five days. The villa itself is nice, though it was much too remote for us. Groceries were a 20-minute drive away and Lucca took 30 minutes. The biggest issue was getting there: rough, narrow roads, a couple of blind corners on single-lane stretches, then a long gravel and dirt road. There's meant to be a short walk through the woods to a restaurant, but the path was overgrown, with very tall grass and a steep hill. We turned back after ten minutes. If you want a quiet, remote place, this might suit you. We wanted a central base for visiting Tuscany, and it was just too far out. The supplies were a bit stingy too. We got one toilet roll per bathroom per week, two dishwasher tablets per week, and no kitchen spices. The cooking appliances were there, but plan to bring salt, sugar, pepper and anything else you need.
