House 103 Rent Apartment

The apartment is kept meticulously, and the hospitality is excellent. Details, amenities, and the little extras beyond a standard vacation rental made our stay feel complete. It’s well placed for walking to the beach or the center, and the on-site parking meant we could forget about the car. Back from the beach, we found fantastic food, and there are at least three bars for a morning granita. I’d highly recommend it for families like mine.

We’re four people in apartment 3 right now, and there’s plenty of room, even though the bathroom isn’t very large. It has a hydromassage shower, and the apartment has two air conditioners. The place was recently renovated and is in perfect shape, with two bedrooms, one with twin beds and one with a double, plus a bathroom and a fairly spacious kitchen and living room. There are two balconies, a washing machine, and outdoor space for smoking or hanging clothes. The simple black and white furnishings and colors feel relaxing and suit the place. It’s just a few meters from the sea and less than 1 km from the center and its amenities, though it’s close to the crowds too. Centro Risparmio is around the corner, a well-stocked supermarket with good brands. In summer the heat and humidity can be brutal, but you’ll be fine here!

The owner made us feel very welcome, with cold drinks and coffee pods ready for the apartment’s coffee maker. It’s just a 4-minute walk to the beach and close to all amenities. The apartment is bright, tastefully furnished, and has a terrace facing the mountains. It’s equipped with everything, including a washing machine, dishwasher, and large hydromassage shower.

I spent the June 2nd long weekend here and was impressed right away by how helpful the owner was, ready to handle any request. The house was spotless, bright, and packed with comforts and equipment, including iced Prosecco, tea, and Coke. The rooms were large, and the bathroom had a hydromassage shower. It’s definitely the most beautiful house I’ve ever stayed in. 10 out of 10, and I’ll be back.
