The place itself is enchanting, with complete quiet and a beautiful panoramic view. But the hygiene in the apartment really left me puzzled. My daughter's friend noticed a dirty coffee cup in the cupboard as soon as we arrived. I let that go, thinking these things happen. Then I took out a pan to make something and found it greasy, as if it had been used and put away. I stayed quiet again and decided to wash all the dishes to be safe. I missed one plastic bowl, though, and when I took it out to dress a salad, it had so much oil residue in it. I called the owner, who said I should have called right away and that complaining two days later made no sense. If you're charging 60 euros for final cleaning, I expect the apartment to be clean when I arrive. We also paid 35 euros for a week's air conditioning, even though the brochure said it was free. The manager said the brochure was old and the information out of date. The AC was practically unusable anyway, since it blew directly onto the beds. I would have liked a bit more understanding from Mr. Luca, but he came across as somewhat arrogant. I hope this review helps improve the issues I mentioned. We were there for the last week of August.

If you love nature, birdsong, waking up to the rooster, a beautifully tended garden, and fragrant air, this is the right place. The property is lovely and well cared for, and the apartment has everything you need, including a coffee machine and air conditioning. The pool is beautiful. The nearest beach takes two minutes by car, or it's a nice downhill walk. There's also a lovely path from the beach to forte Focardo.

I stayed in September, and the apartment itself was spacious, nicely done, and well equipped. It's a little outside the town center, surrounded by greenery, and close to Capoliveri. The agency staff were great: we had a couple of problems and they fixed them straight away. The grounds felt a bit neglected, though the pool was large and very clean. That's why I can't give five stars. I'd recommend staying here if you want an apartment near Capoliveri with greenery around it.

We spent a wonderfully relaxing week in the small bungalow at the end of the house. Loved the peace, lush greenery, and lovely pool. Everything was in good condition and very well maintained. We had a perfect family holiday. The apartment was clean and well equipped, with a barbecue area of its own. The little pool was lovely for a change from the sea nearby, and the terrace had a great view. Communication with the host was flawless.
