Massimo was so kind and helpful, including with my two dogs. He quickly found me an apartment with a gate so they could run around freely. The place is clean, though a few little details could use more attention, and it has everything needed for a quiet break surrounded by nature. From the apartments you get amazing sea views, with Montecristo, Pianosa, and even Corsica in sight. Capoliveri center is a 10-minute walk, which makes parking easy, and lots of beaches are a short drive away. I gave it all the stars because if I come back to Elba, I'll definitely stay here again.

The location was a real plus: it's quiet, surrounded by greenery, walkable to Capoliveri center, and close to lots of beaches. We spent a week here, and the apartment was lovely, clean, and had a stunning sea view. The owner was very kind and ready to help.

We had a wonderful week in Elba, staying in this beautiful place. The nature around it made for a relaxing setting, while the center was just a 10-minute walk away, and parking was included. Massimo was helpful from the moment we arrived and kept the apartment clean. He also suggested places to visit and restaurants. When I lost my wallet, he even contacted the police himself and helped us search for it. Thank you for being so kind, Massimo. I highly recommend staying here, it's definitely worth it.
