There’s parking and a large outdoor table with four chairs, plus two loungers. The ground floor apartment is very nice, with a double sofa bed and a bedroom that has a double bed, a single bed, and a large closet. Its brand-new kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of appliances and household items, including a dishwasher and induction stovetop, but no oven or microwave. The bathroom has a very spacious shower but no bidet, and there’s a very large electric water heater. Highly recommended, and very close to the beach.

Caubbio number 5 is a fantastic place, only a five-minute walk from the sea. We stayed for four days. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well ventilated, so we never needed the air conditioning even though it was there. The owners of the "Le Mimose" residence were very kind and helpful. We’ll definitely return.

The garden is small but well kept, and Lacona beach is very close. The apartments are new, furnished nicely, and have everything you need. The mattresses are excellent, and the place was very clean. The girls and boys were attentive and helpful. Everything was fine.

The apartment was neat and clean, with a usable outdoor area and private parking. The downside is its proximity to a road, which makes it a bit noisy.
