We enjoyed our week in an apartment here. The place has real charm, surrounded by nature, with a spacious terrace overlooking the sea and direct beach access. That said, by international standards I'd rate it closer to 2 stars than 3 or 4.

The service was so good I'd give it 6 stars if I could. The staff were lovely and went out of their way to help us. I've never experienced service like that. Our room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant and buffet were the best on the beach, and there's a big pool and kids clubs.

It's a beautiful spot, and the pool area is nice, but the rooms are dated. We had to switch rooms after the first night, and the second one was better. There was no room service during our week, and sunbeds cost extra. I don't see how this qualifies as a 4-star hotel.

We stayed in a "Trilocale," which worked perfectly for our big family. It was a good deal, with lots of kitchen tools for when you want to cook, and we could enjoy a lovely view while eating. The kids loved the activities and the staff, especially at Alpicclub. There's a program to join every day. The beach is only a few steps away, and the big pool was clean too. Everything was great!!!!

The staff were excellent, and we were very happy with our stay. They upgraded our room to suit our needs with a baby, which we really appreciated.
