A quiet spot just off the center of Capoliveri, so the Residence feels peaceful while still being close to everything. Raggio di Sole agency was professional and easy to reach. Thanks again for sorting out a fairly serious technical problem so quickly. Recommended.

This is a residence with apartments, not a hotel. It has a lovely enclosed park and a swimming pool.

My apartment was really comfortable, with everything I needed, a nice bathroom, a very comfortable bed, and a sea-facing balcony with a table for meals. The apartments differ from one another, so experiences may vary. The residence also has parking and a beautiful panoramic pool, and it's close to Capoliveri's center and amenities, including a supermarket. I had a wonderful stay.

Keep in mind that the apartments have different owners, so each accommodation needs to be judged on its own. The property isn't managed by one single owner. Valentina

The apartment was tiny, with an old shower curtain and a rusty toilet brush, and at those prices I expected much better. Things went badly right from the first morning: I was told at arrival that the apartment would be ready at 2:30 PM, but I didn't get it until 4:30. The organization was poor. And in 2020, the COVID thumps... crazy!!!!!
