The island is lovely for a summer trip, and Elbans are generally friendly, but our stay was a very unpleasant experience. The pool looked nice, as did the photos of the place. Still, with the high price we paid, we expected basic equipment. We had no teapot, water glasses, water boiler, carafe, towels, dish brush, bowls, wine glasses, dishwasher, or extractor. We ended up buying water glasses ourselves. When we asked about the apartment price after booking directly, the management acted secretively. I asked why they were being so unclear about the room price, and they threatened to call the police. We travel a lot, especially in Italy, and have never had an experience like this. My advice is to find another nice place on Elba.

The WiFi was the weak point: the signal was poor, and there wasn’t enough bandwidth for all the guests. The location worked well for exploring Elba, and the people were friendly and helpful. The garden and swimming pool were beautiful.

We came here after a tiring stretch and had 10 days to relax. Our apartment overlooked the garden and pool, and it matched the photos we received when booking. It was clean and peaceful, and the property was kept in very good shape. We changed beaches every day as a family, and the location made that easy. Lido di Capoliveri, Lacona, Capoliveri, Porto Azzurro, and many of the island's beaches were easy to reach. The owners were very kind and readily helped with our questions. You can tell they run the residence with love and passion. We highly recommend it.
