We spent a week here, and it was a lovely, spacious place surrounded by greenery. It was quiet and peaceful, and worked well for dog owners too. The apartments aren't new, but everything worked. I did find the beds and pillows a bit uncomfortable, so new ones would be a good investment. Bins around the grounds, especially for dog waste, would also help. Breakfast was generous and good, with croissants, jams, fruit salad, bread and Nutella, juices, and hot drinks. I recommend the residence if you want somewhere peaceful but still handy for Capoliveri and Porto Azzurro. We also really appreciated the dinner suggestions and always had a great time. Thank you.

Our studio apartment had a gorgeous patio, where we enjoyed aperitifs, meals, and some reading. Breakfast was included and excellent. Pierluigi was very available for questions and pointed us to places that suited us. We explored almost the whole island, and Capoliveri was our favorite. We'll come back next year to this "woodland cottage."

The staff were welcoming, professional, helpful, and transparent, and breakfast was simple but did the job, with a good range of food and drinks. It costs €10 per person, though listings on booking.com and similar sites can include it. The complex consists of several buildings spread through a pine forest, with a large parking area suitable for any kind of vehicle. My fiancée and I stayed in an apartment in the main building. It was fully equipped and had a comfortable, spacious balcony. We could hear noise from other residents because the apartment wasn't soundproofed, and there was no soap or sponge for washing dishes. A very positive stay overall.

The owners were very kind and helpful. The apartments are small but welcoming, air-conditioned, simply furnished, and fully equipped, with a fridge, stovetop, all the utensils you need, and a little terrace or loggia. There's plenty of shared green space in the woods. Capoliveri is about 2 km away, and several beaches are about a third of the way there. For the price and the kind of guests it caters to, I highly recommend it.
