Agriturismo Azienda Agricola il Pozzo

We loved the home-cooked food made with local products, and everything around the place was clean and well cared for. Carla puts her heart into being a host, and you can tell. There's plenty to do, from swimming and walking among the olive trees to table tennis, or just sitting and taking in the scenery. It's a lovely place to unwind in Tuscany. We'll be back sometime. Five days went by far too quickly. The food was incredible, and Carla was so thoughtful throughout our stay. She and her staff made us feel very welcome. The property is beautiful in the Tuscan hills, with Arezzo and medieval Poppi both about a 25-minute drive away. We had a great time and hope to come back soon. Thanks, Carla and crew!

We were a three-generation group and enjoyed every minute. The house and guest rooms have an authentic Tuscan feel, with comfort as well as character. Out on the grounds, there are lovely little surprises, from games to places to sit tucked into corners for adults and children. The meadows, olive groves, vineyards and forested hills make the whole setting charming. We especially loved the sunrise and the night sky. Thanks, Carla. We hope to return.

We spent seven nights in Rosmarino, our spacious, nicely decorated house at Il Pozzo. It had a lovely terrace and was right beside the pool. Carla was always helpful and quick to answer questions. When our car broke down, she even spoke with the local repair shop and arranged a rental car while we waited. On Wednesdays there's a late afternoon pizza activity for children, with everyone sharing pizza and other Tuscan specialties in the evening; the kids get their own pizza. Three-course dinners are also available on Mondays and Fridays, and we recommend them. Fresh still or sparkling well water is free at the pool and main house. Arezzo is a beautiful 15-minute drive away.
