The grounds looked lovely, so we wanted to enjoy our stay, but the service was a big disappointment. On arrival, almost every amenity was either being worked on or still packed away: the pool was being cleaned, the poolside cushions were filthy, the pool bar was closed for construction, the indoor bar was closed, and the pool chairs and tables were stacked away. The restaurant was closed for a day too, supposedly because of a “broken dishwasher.” The manager was very kind, but the only thing she offered to make up for it was a cheap bottle of prosecco. We understand the recent bad weather had affected some operations, but management should have told us what condition the facility was in before we arrived. If we’d known, we would have cancelled right away.

A lovely house and location, surrounded by beautiful trees and scenery. The pool was definitely the best part, though the loud radio music was pretty disturbing. The service at the poolside bar was disappointing too.

We left after just one night. It was a terrible stay, and we couldn’t get anything to eat. Breakfast was stale croissants and leftover pizza from the wedding the night before. The owners smoke indoors, and the rooms smell of smoke.

We had plenty of space to ourselves across the estate, and the staff were lovely. The restaurant on site was a real highlight. Such a beautiful agriturismo.
