The only real catch was staying connected: there’s no Wi-Fi and hardly any mobile signal with any provider. That could be a plus if you want to switch off. We were visiting Arezzo with friends and found this lovely residence a few kilometers from the center, in a very peaceful spot. It had all the comforts we needed, so the stay was relaxing. The owner and his wife were kind and helpful, even waiting late for us after an unexpected delay.

We were eight and spent two nights here near Arezzo. Everyone was comfortable, and the cats were very friendly. A really comfortable place to stay.

The welcome was lovely, and this is a really pleasant base for a few days in Tuscany, close to beautiful places like Arezzo, Cortone and Perrouse.
