We had great, fast Wi-Fi with fiber optic available, plenty of free parking, and a clean, spacious pool. The neighborhood was friendly, and it's close to Cagliari center. Franca and Gigi are friendly owners who speak very good English, so communication was easy. The rooms were clean and well equipped, with AC and mosquito nets. They also have beach umbrellas and blankets. Breakfast came with homemade cakes, great coffee, and fruit to keep you going all day. I'll definitely recommend Franca's and Gigi's place to my friends. 5/5!

The room, owner, and location were all nice, and breakfast was very good. The pool was cold, though, and the neighbors' dogs barked loudly one night.

Breakfast was a real treat, especially the excellent coffee and homemade cake. You can tell them the day before whether you'd like sweet, savory, or both. Franca and Giggi are wonderful hosts, and the accommodation, pool, and super-fast Wi-Fi are all great. Highly recommend this place if you're after a more relaxed holiday.

Franca and Gigi are such warm, lovely people. The place is small but really nice, with clean rooms and a bathroom that looks almost newly renovated. The house is peaceful, and we often had the pool to ourselves. Nearby towns and beaches are easy to reach by car. Breakfast was fantastic, with freshly baked cake every day and delicious coffee. Franca is happy to cater to requests and takes allergies and dietary needs, like vegetarian food, into account. We highly recommend staying at Franca and Gigi's house!

I had the best coffee of my life here :-D. Breakfast didn't have a huge selection, but everything on offer was fresh, homemade, and locally sourced. The hosts were welcoming and left nothing to be desired. Everything was clean and tidy, and the quiet location was perfect for recharging. On a clear day, you can see the mountains behind you and the sea in front.
