Breakfast alone made the stay worthwhile, with tasty local specialties like homemade hazelnut spread, toast, fruit, amaretti-style biscuits, and hazelnuts from the trees on the property. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and the clean apartments felt quite modern by Italian standards. It’s a peaceful spot with a tidy pool area and hazelnut trees all around, and it works well as a base for Caprarola, Viterbo, Bomarzo, Civita di Bagnoreggio, and the lakes. I’d recommend staying here.

The owner, Alessandro, was so attentive and gave us useful tips. After four nights, we left having had a wonderful stay. It’s a very quiet area, and the rooms stayed cool and clean even without air conditioning. There are beautiful hazelnut fields around the property, and the pool was just right for unwinding after morning trips around Tuscia. Breakfast had a great range too. Highly recommended.

The owner was thoughtful and ready to help with what guests needed. We spent a week here as a family, enjoying the quiet and all the greenery, with olive and hazelnut trees around us. Everything was so well looked after, from the rooms and grounds to the pool, which was cleaned and straightened up each day. Breakfast was carefully put together with local foods, including hazelnuts and homemade jams. It’s a good fit if you want to relax while taking nearby excursions, or just enjoy the landscape. We were already thinking about coming back before we left. Thanks for everything.

Alessandro made a strong impression with how kind and helpful he was. My wife and I were the only guests during our one-night stay, and he still gave us the same attention. He runs the place with his mother and sister, though they weren't there that day. The farmhouse is in the hazelnut and olive trees, not far from Caprarola (VT), and has recently been renovated. Our room was large, very clean, and nicely furnished, with its own bathroom. Breakfast was excellent, with local items such as toasted hazelnuts and hazelnut spread. Definitely worth recommending.
