That little terrace was my favorite part of the apartment, such a peaceful spot for morning coffee or winding down in the evening. Fiori e Farfalle apartment is charming, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, and it really felt like a home away from home. It’s right in the heart of Caprarola, an easy walk from the beautiful Palazzo Farnese and close to local shops, cafes and restaurants. It also makes a great base for exploring the countryside and nearby lakes. The hosts were kind and attentive, always available if we needed anything, and had plenty of helpful local tips. You can tell they care about their guests’ comfort. We had a truly wonderful stay, and I’d absolutely recommend it.

The host is incredibly sweet and really dedicated to guest service. The apartment is airy, comfortable and spotless, with lovely attention to detail and a panoramic view. I especially enjoyed the small, cosy terrace for a pleasant breakfast. It has everything, and I’d rate it 10 out of 10. ❤️❤️❤️

Nicole and Daniela were so sweet and kind throughout the booking and our stay. They even had dog bowls ready, a thoughtful touch you don’t always get. We spent a wonderful week here with our dog and will definitely come back. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a great holiday in Caparrola. The house was welcoming, fresh and had all the comforts we needed. It was spotlessly clean down to the smallest detail, and truly lacked for nothing. Getting around on foot was easy, and Lake Vico was a 10-minute drive away. One terrace looks out to the mountains, a priceless view that was refreshing even at 3 pm.

We felt right at home here. The hosts were kind and helpful, gave us great tips, and the location was perfect and easy to reach. The house was cosy, clean and well appointed, with all the comforts we needed. We had a fantastic stay and hope to return soon. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
