The cave’s unusual character is what makes it worth five stars for me. It’s a romantic place where time seems to stand still and leaves room for imagination, especially if you’re looking for privacy. You feel like you’ve gone back in time. If you want super comfort, I’d suggest a hotel instead. There are a few things that could be improved, but I’m happy with it as it is and will definitely return.

Fiorenza welcomed us even though she needed to renovate her "jewel." Originally from Calcata Vecchia, this artist turned an ancient cave carved into the tuff into a magnificent work of art. You can even stay overnight, surrounded by splendid mosaics that recall the decorated walls of Antoni Gaudi's Park Guell. Congratulations, Fiorenza!

Once the door closes, it feels like stepping into a dream. Everything is like a fairytale! The owner is so kind. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

The owner was very kind and made us an excellent aperitif, and the mirrors set into the walls were really unique. It felt like entering a museum. But the room was very damp and had an unpleasant musty smell. I didn’t sleep well. It needs a lot more ventilation.

Thank you, Fiorenza, for creating this fabulous place. It’s ideal for getting away from the routine that can distract us from what matters to our mental health.
