Pazziella, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Capri

The care from everyone at Pazziella Hotel made our honeymoon the most memorable hotel stay I’ve had, even after staying in many luxury and world-class places. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful preparation, we felt special and genuinely cared for. The personal attention and detail stood out throughout. Thank you to the Housekeeping Manager for keeping everything immaculate, General Manager Alfonso Saraco for his leadership, and Massimillano for the warm welcome and hospitality. You made us feel like family, not guests. I’ll always treasure our honeymoon memories at Pazziella.

We loved relaxing on the balcony in the evenings and had a great sea view from our very clean room. The cleaning ladies were friendly and amazing, and the front desk staff were helpful throughout. A special shout out to Massimillano, who helped us plan our boat tour and was so helpful during our stay. We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at the Pazzielle Garden and Suites, and it was amazing from arrival to departure. Next time we visit Capri, we look forward to seeing our friend Massimillano there again.

We had a lovely suite with a partial sea view, and the courtyard was a relaxing spot for a drink. Pazziella is quiet, luxurious, and clean, close to the center but far enough from the peak-hour bustle. The restaurant was amazing too, and the entire front desk team was gracious and helpful. My wife and I chose it for our honeymoon last weekend, even though people had recommended other hotels on the island, and we couldn't be happier with that choice. I visit family on the Amalfi coast every year, and have always told my wife that to really enjoy Capri, you need to stay on the island for a few nights. This place is a gem. Other hotels in this category don't appeal to me because they feel too chaotic and like places to be seen for an Instagram post. That's not my style. The rooms and the whole experience were so good I could write a book about them. We had an amazing time during our four nights at Pazziella. The hotel is close to the square and all the transport, yet it stays quiet and romantic. They kept in touch before, during, and after our stay to make sure we were looked after.
