That balcony view is unreal, photos really don't capture it. They helped arrange porters, so I didn't have to lug my bags to or from the hotel, and they let me leave them early and store them after checkout. My room was ready ahead of time, so I could check in properly right away. The location made my quick 36 hours in Capri easy, with a fast route from the ferry and simple access to and from the funicolare for my planned outings. I can't recommend this beautiful hotel enough. It made for a stay I'll remember.

The rooms are roomy and clean, with wonderful views of the water and mountains. Breakfast was great too. It's an easy walk to the marina, which made the location really convenient.

Breakfast came to our room, which faced the sea, and made the meal especially pleasant. The hosts were accommodating and gave us clear advice on what to do around the island. The hotel has great views and sits conveniently near the port, bus, and funicular. There's also a nice little beach just across the road, down the steps. The only catch was that the rooftop hot tub wasn't running in early April.

We loved the morning view, and breakfast was simple and nice. The hosts were quick to respond and very accommodating. The hotel is in a fantastic spot near the port, bus stop, and tram. We carried our large bags from the ferry port, up the ramp and a flight of stairs. They had told us beforehand that porter service was available. If you're reasonably fit, it isn't too bad. We'd definitely recommend the hotel.

The updated room was lovely, and the view was incredible. The staff made us feel welcome, shared all the information we needed, and gave us great recommendations. I'd be lucky to experience another stay like this at Capri Inn.
