The apartment flooded on both floors, and there were several other serious problems, including an ant invasion. The promised sofa bed was only a sofa, and the bathroom had no power. During the emergency flood, we couldn't reach anyone. Eventually she said she'd credit us for a night and moved us to a far worse room down the street. No one was there when we checked out. The next day she texted that we hadn't paid and repeatedly threatened to call the police. It was scary. I contacted booking.com and reported why she canceled there, so there'd be no confirmed bad reviews. Be careful with this company and hotels on Capri. Don't stay here if safety and comfort matter to you.

The host of the villa was very helpful, and I had a pleasant, comfortable stay. My standing balcony looked out over the street and sea. The location is one of the best in Capri, with public transport and taxis right nearby and the old town just steps away.

Such a lovely place, and Giovanna was a wonderful host. Thanks for a great stay 😍 I'd recommend it!

I stayed with a friend from September 28th to 30th, 2021. We paid 425 euros for two nights, which felt exorbitant given the noise, dust, dirt, plastic glasses, and mold everywhere. There was no Wi-Fi, and the terrace looked nothing like the online photos. The manager/landlord said the problems would be fixed, but nothing was done.
