It’s an older, quaint, family-run hotel, not far from the port, and the host was great. If you want to feel the local culture, this is a good place to stay. The small breakfast of fruit, pastry, and coffee was just right. One thing to know: getting there is all uphill, so take a taxi if you have heavy bags. We left the windows open for the breeze and heard traffic at night, but that was our choice. We still slept well.

The stay was pleasant, and the hotel was very clean with friendly staff. It’s in a good spot in Marina Grande, and some rooms have sea views. There’s no elevator. The furnishings are vintage, in other words, old, but they’re well maintained. For the property and the limited amenities, I found the price disproportionate, especially since the island is generally so expensive.

The location near Marina Grande was convenient, and everything was clean and tidy. But after we’d settled into our room, they moved us to a smaller one without Wi-Fi. Breakfast wasn’t included, and it was very expensive to try.
