Great place, a large apartment right above the restaurant. Filippo welcomed us for our stay and dinner. Perfect!

We spent an unforgettable weekend at Casa Vacanze La Scaletta in the heart of Bergamo. The owners welcomed us warmly and made us feel right at home. They were cheerful, kind, helpful, and unusually thoughtful. The holiday home was spotless and well organized, with every comfort we could need and so much care put into guests’ wellbeing. We also ate at their restaurant and loved it. The dishes were delicious and carefully prepared, with excellent wines alongside. A real find. We’d definitely recommend La Scaletta for an authentic, relaxing, well cared for stay, and we’ll be back!

A mix of Sicilian cooking and flavors from other regions. There’s so much to choose from: pizza, focaccia, salmon, swordfish, risotto, fried shellfish with battered vegetables, desserts. Really, everything is worth recommending.

Spotlessly clean, with everything you need, and the owners are very friendly.
