The owner was really kind and helpful. I spent a night here during a one-day stay a week ago. The room was spacious, with a big, airy outdoor area where you can have breakfast.

My son was especially taken with the villa’s outdoor area and playground equipment. It’s modern and lovely, just a two-minute drive from Leolandia and close to Conad and MD. My spacious room had a huge, beautiful bathroom with a double sink. The ceiling-mounted TV was a welcome touch for my neck pain. The room was lovely and cleaned every day, though the TV had dust on it, probably because it’s so high up. That was the only flaw I noticed. The breakfast offered a bit of everything, and the living room was pleasant and tidy each day.

The rooms are roomy and comfortable, with new furnishings, and the bathroom is very nice. It’s a beautiful hotel with well-equipped, up-to-date facilities. One of the best places I’ve stayed, and I’d recommend it to anyone.

We had a peaceful, relaxing stay and a great time. There’s also a big garden with plenty of games for the little ones. The place is affordable for families, very clean, and close to Leolandia. Marisol, the housekeeper, manages things excellently, and Luca, the owner, is incredibly kind and helpful. We’ll be back!

A very quiet place with a garden and a playground for kids, and a great spot for visiting Leolandia. The room was very clean and changed daily. Breakfast was excellent. Recommended.
