The hosts were so welcoming and did everything they could to make our stay pleasant. The suites were nicely furnished, the garden was lovely, and breakfast was great. We also really liked the beautiful Italian village, which still seems undiscovered by tourists, and the excellent restaurant nearby. The accommodation is in a top location with very nice views.

Monica is the heart of this B&B, with lots of useful suggestions for places to go and things to do. Breakfast was great, with a good range of local food and fruit. Her house is beautiful, full of thoughtful details, and immediately felt like home. It’s a lovely quiet base near Lake Garda. One thing to watch: Google Maps may send you the wrong way if you select this listing. Don’t use via cappuccini or via Prato Grande. Choose the street “Località Caiar” instead, then turn at via molini and follow the sign for the Poggio Caiar.

We stumbled across it on Google Maps, and it was amazing. The rooms, setting, hosts, and views were all wonderful. Everything was so clean, and it felt like being at home. The hosts are genuinely warm and kind, and did all they could to make us feel welcome.

A lovely, beautiful B&B with kind hosts, clean rooms, and a good breakfast. We relaxed by the pool and enjoyed the great view. We’ll be back.
