We were there from January 2nd to 5th, 2026, and loved how quiet and charming the place felt. It’s also handy for getting around Tuscia’s sights. Marta was so warm and helpful, and we ended up having some lovely, long chats with her. She really felt like hospitality personified. I hope we can come back.

The pool and breakfast beside it were a real highlight. We spent a week there in summer 2025 with friends and their children. Marta was welcoming and ready to help, and the rooms were clean. It’s a good base for seeing Tuscia, with Rome about a 45-minute drive away. We had a great stay and would recommend it.

We’ve been returning for years and still love coming back ❤️ Marta and her family are so kind, cheerful, and always available. The pool is beautiful, breakfast is excellent, and the rooms and apartment are lovely and well equipped. It’s a peaceful, beautiful place to spend time and recharge.

Breakfast by the pool was superb, and we’ll definitely return. The rooms were beautiful and spotless, and the pool was lovely and clean too. Marta, the owner, was kind and friendly and made us feel at home. It’s a wonderful place.

Marta was attentive to what guests need and very friendly. She suggested local restaurants for dinner, and we were delighted with her recommendations. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a very comfortable bed. The property is in a quiet area and has a pool. Breakfast was Italian style, with cake and croissants, served in a charming room overlooking the garden and pool. Excellent value.
