The shower leaked badly, which was a real problem, but otherwise everything was clean and in order. The rooms were nice and quiet, with a small terrace and a lovely view. We could park very close by, and the beds were comfortable, which was a big plus.

The rooms were OK, but the passionate owner and the excellent restaurant are what make this hotel stand out. We had fantastic dry-aged steaks and fresh tuna. A really interesting, slightly different experience. Highly recommended!

The restaurant food makes up for rooms that feel a little dated, and the place is a solid option for staying in the region. Breakfast was fine, with some cold choices and some nice hot drinks. There's free parking, and although we didn't use it, there's also a lovely pool.

The pool and room were clean and in very good condition, and the restaurant food was incredibly delicious. The whole staff and team were friendly and nice, and the boss was very friendly too. If we're ever back here, we'll visit Tanit hotel again!

The vegetarian plate was a miserable substitute: brown fried patties, something white and fried, boiled potatoes, and green beans cooked far too long. I was there for a group meal earlier this month, and the only main offered was grilled pork. Since I eat fish and chicken but not red meat, that was no option for me. It was the worst meal I’ve ever been served in a restaurant. Such a letdown for a place that seems to have character, with its archaeological museum.
