I was left at the airport in the middle of the night with nowhere to go, despite having a confirmed Expedia reservation. My flight was due in around midnight, and although I contacted the owner and could reach the host, they refused to let me check in because they needed to sleep. I even offered to collect the keys myself to make it easier, but then they stopped replying altogether. For people hosting travelers near an airport, late arrivals are normal, especially for international guests. The check-in limits should be clearly explained ahead of time, or arrangements need to be made. Ignoring someone with a confirmed booking is unacceptable and shows no basic respect or responsibility. Avoid this place. I don't trust this host to honor reservations.

Just five minutes from the airport, with helpful, friendly staff. A good choice if you have an early flight.

The staff were a huge help when we made a booking mistake. Very helpful, and a great place to stay near Malpensa.

A coffee machine was available for everyone, along with croissants and cookies, which was a nice surprise. My room was spacious, the bed was excellent and comfortable, and the bathroom was nice. Conveniently close to Malpensa, too.

There’s free, secure parking, and the AC was quiet and worked well. The place is well equipped for putting together small meals, making it a great option for the night before a flight from Malpensa.
