Corte dei Greci Resort & Spa

The entertainment was the best part of my four-day stay. I had a pretty good time, and the manager was both professional and very kind. I'd recommend it.

We were there for a week in July and stayed in the Giunone building, one of the resort's two sections, the other being Zeus. The room was basic but welcoming, and kept exceptionally clean. They even changed all the sheets midway through the week. Antonio at reception also deserves a mention: he was kind and always available, which made the stay nicer. The restaurant was the main letdown. The food was poor, and the dishes often felt carelessly prepared and repetitive, just as I'd seen mentioned in other reviews. It's a shame, since better meals would lift the whole experience. The resort already has the sea, facilities, and plenty of ways to relax and have fun. Getting to the beach was easy enough. We could walk along a pleasant trail shaded by vineyards, or catch the train at its scheduled times straight to the lido. The beach itself was tidy, well organized, and carefully looked after. There's also a lovely pool and a large theater with lots of seats, where the entertainment team performed engaging shows each evening. The entertainers were a real highlight. They brought everyone in without being pushy, and the whole team made the days and nights fun. Marco, the head entertainer, stood out for his energy and professionalism.

The private beach was a real pleasure, with clear water, sun loungers and umbrellas, plus a handy bar. The pool was beautiful and well equipped too. I finished my stay today, after a family holiday at Villaggio Corte dei Greci from August 23rd to 30th. Having stayed at resorts in Italy and abroad for years, I think the price is fair for what you get. The food turned out much better than I'd expected after reading the mixed reviews. The buffet was excellent, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and dishes made with care. The restaurant could use some modernization, though. Marco, who runs the entertainment, is a real professional, and the young team were always helpful, polite, and smiling. Cristiano, the manager, and his assistant Stefano were also consistently attentive to our needs. The rooms are simple but very spacious and spotless. The grounds are generally maintained well, though a bit more upkeep would make the place look even better and add to its value. I'd recommend Corte dei Greci Resort for a relaxing, fun holiday at a good price.

Our week's stay with our family, two adults and our 13-year-old daughter, left us with a very positive impression, mostly because of the entertainment team. Marco led them with real passion and dedication. Andrea was his perfect partner, and Alessio, Alex, God, Elena, Michele, Francesco, Maria, Roberto, and the girls from the mini club all helped make the activities and games fun for kids and adults alike. They were skilled, enthusiastic, and always available without getting in the way. The children's final show was sublime, a lovely finishing touch to a holiday we'll remember fondly. The pool was another highlight, large, spotless, and kept clean, with an alert lifeguard watching over everyone's safety. The rest of the resort facilities weren't maintained as well. And the food was the weakest point: the dishes were poor quality and not always appetizing. We wish more care had gone into the meals. Even with that disappointment, we had an extremely positive time and would recommend the team to families looking for a fun, relaxing break. Rating: 4/5 stars. Better food would make the whole holiday more satisfying.
