We booked the suite with a private hot tub for one night. It’s a large room with a lovely atmosphere, but it was cold when we arrived and took 5-6 hours to warm up. A small air conditioner didn’t seem adequate for a room that size. The mini-fridge had no water or even glasses. The bathroom and hot tub kit was also very bare: two towels, two bathrobes, and hand sanitizer, but no shampoo, shower gel, or slippers. For a property like this, I expected more attention to detail.

The room was large, but several details were disappointing during our two-night stay with dinner included. We went to shower as soon as we arrived and found no bathroom amenities: just two tablecloths and two towels, with hand sanitizer but no shampoo or shower gel. There was no bidet either. Dinner was part of my package, yet we only had chips and pinsa, and I was charged a €5 cover fee even though I’d paid for dinner. You’d expect more attention to detail from a tourist property.

The room itself was nice, but cleanliness and amenities need work. I gave my parents a night there in a room with a hot tub, and nobody mentioned all the stairs. There are more steps between the room and the tub. Breakfast was only a croissant and a drink, which felt limited. At check-in, we had to call the hotel ourselves because no one had told us we needed an access code.
