Our flight into Palermo ran late, then got delayed again, but the welcome was so kind and communication was excellent. The room was basic, spotless and really comfortable. We only planned to sleep there for the night, though I’d happily use it as a base for a longer stay. Coffee and dolce at the café across the street made a great breakfast.

Being so close to Palermo airport was a big plus, and we loved the sea view from our spacious, modern room. The terrace was lovely at sunset and under the full moon. We even tried to arrive a day earlier, but it was already booked, which I can understand. We had a great time at Carini Castle (Laura) and Grotto della Columbe in Terrasini. And Girolamo and his wife deserve sainthood! We locked ourselves out of the room twice, just being idiots, overwhelmed by how wonderful Carini, Sicily and Italy were. MEA CULPA

Girolamo, the owner, was so helpful. He suggested good dinner spots, made sure I could park near the B&B, and even drove me to and from a restaurant in town. The staff were very friendly, and the room and facilities were clean and had what I needed for a comfortable stay. The B&B is in a charming village where it’s easy to walk to shops and places to eat. There’s also a little bakery nearby worth visiting for a slice of their tasty sfingione pizza. The location is great for both the airport and the sea. I’d gladly book again.

We’ll be back. The host treated us so well, and the service was 10/10. The apartment was beautiful, with lovely views of Villagrazia and Carini. It’s in a great spot just off the main street, and the terrace was perfect for coffee and people-watching. Beautiful apartment, great host and top service again.
