The house looks nice in the pictures, but its best days seem to be behind it. It’s old inside, with visible water damage and a bad smell in the bathroom. The vegetation around it is unkempt, and dogs bark nearby both day and night.

The owner was friendly, and so was the big dog. The rooms are simple but pleasant, with Wi-Fi, a pool and a nice breakfast in the morning. There’s a very good pizza place just a couple of minutes away. Dogs nearby barked at night every so often, making things noisy for a few minutes as they had a chat. I’d stay again and recommend it to anyone wanting somewhere nice near the airport and Palermo.

We had a great stay here with a big group of friends. There are five rooms, each with its own bathroom, plus a nice big pool and an outdoor kitchen for those late-night talks. I’ll miss this place.

I was only here for a few hours before heading to Palermo airport, and checking out at 4:30 a.m. was easy and convenient. The host was incredibly helpful. It’s a large, beautiful house with great amenities.

Roberto was so welcoming at Don Ciccio Sea House and always ready to help or share useful advice. We stayed three nights and really enjoyed it. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a huge terrace. The garden is full of beautiful plants, and spending a sunny morning by the pool was wonderful. Renting a car is a plus. We stayed three nights at Don Ciccio Sea House and it felt like heaven. Roberto was kind and generous with his advice, and you could count on him if you needed anything. The room was big and comfortable, with a huge balcony, and the garden was full of lovely greenery. A sunny day by the pool was a real treat. Highly recommended. A car rental is an advantage.
