Fantastic!!

Giusi made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. At the last minute, after our booking for an eight-person house in Carini was cancelled just before Ferragosto, she arranged two triple rooms and a double room for our group, even though we had given her no advance notice. We landed at Palermo airport on August 14th and were so grateful for her warm welcome. The B&B is in upper Carini, about half an hour from Palermo and just under 15 minutes from the sea. It was inviting, very well kept, and spotless. Giusi put together a breakfast with warm croissants, prickly pears and honey, fresh yogurt, and watermelon juice. You could feel the care she put into it. She also shared stories about Carini and the projects she has worked on for years to promote the area and Sicily. Her suggestions for adjusting our plans were always right on target. We felt at home and hope to return as soon as we can.

Evita's house gives you a taste of art and culture along with a place to stay. It isn't a hotel, it feels like being welcomed into a family home. I travel a lot for work and have never found anywhere so warm and welcoming. Mrs. Giusy is a special person, with so much kindness, cleanliness, availability, and humanity. She represents values that seem to be disappearing these days. I'd highly recommend staying with her if you want an unforgettable experience.

Giusy's breakfast was excellent, especially the unusual croissants and the wonderful fig honey. She was so kind and always ready to let me try traditional Carini food. The room was comfortable, welcoming, and perfectly clean. This B&B brings together art and food culture. After just four days, I'm already eager to come back. My stay also made me want to learn more about Evita PERON, a strong and courageous woman, much like GIUSY. I hope I'm back soon.
