You can walk from ALBA B&B to incredible beaches and other local favorites, and it’s a great base for discovering Carloforte. The hosts know the island really well and do everything they can to help you have an authentic, local stay. It’s also a lovely place to relax and switch off.

Christopher had great recommendations, and his mum’s breakfast was amazing. A brilliant stay, and I’d highly recommend it if you’re after a genuine local experience.

A really cozy B&B, just a few minutes from the beach.

The room faces a busy road, with traffic at all hours, day and night. The outdoor area has a lovely, quiet, soft hippy feel and is nicely furnished, though the lighting out there needs more attention after dark. Our room was clean, with basic furnishings. We weren’t told to put used toilet paper in a bin instead of flushing it. Breakfast costs extra and could do with a rethink. There isn’t much variety, and it lacks the usual B&B buffet.
