Francesca brought the whole stay together. Mornings came with fresh bakery items, and the nights were quiet under the stars. We also loved swimming out among the rocks. A very special place and time.

We loved how quiet and restful it was, with tasteful, simple accommodation, clear water, rocks to jump from, and beautiful views away from the crowds. Francesca was lovely and made us feel welcome. After ten days on the island, I knew I’d come back, so I booked a house for the following summer before we left.

Ten days at Cova felt like pure bliss, with three beaches within walking distance and our own rocks to jump from, all away from the tourists. I hadn’t expected it to feel so much like paradise. I’m thrilled I found this gem and plan to come every year. June 2025 is already booked!

A Cova has become my regular week away, a little nature surrounded oasis overlooking the sea and close to the island’s most beautiful beaches. It’s a great base for exploring all of Carloforte, and I come back to relax and recharge with yoga classes and Ayurvedic massages. Francesca is a thoughtful, discreet host who pays attention to what her guests need throughout their stay. Top residence, highly recommended.
