The antipasto was a real highlight, with a generous range of local specialties to try. We also met pasquita, an authentic, passionate master chef. The pizza was delicious, made with quality ingredients and cooked just right, and the seafood dishes were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Alessia and the rest of the staff were warm and attentive from the moment we arrived. It was a memorable meal, with authentic flavors and wonderful hospitality. Well done 👍

The food was delicious and the service was amazing. This is one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. Thanks so much for such an incredible meal, I’d definitely recommend it to locals and visitors alike 👏🏽

This was my second visit during vacation, and I’m already looking forward to coming back. The food is really tasty and fresh, the wine is great, and the staff are amazing. Weekend evenings can be crowded, so you may have to wait for a table. The team does their best, though. On a weekday it’s much quieter and you can usually sit down straight away. Bravo!

We enjoyed our dinner and had a good time. The pasta, fish, and grilled veal were all nicely presented and generous in size, with very good service too. If you’re around Santa Sabina, I recommend stopping by for the good seafood and fish.
