Masseria Petra felt wonderfully authentic, and you could see the time and care put into how the beautiful spaces look and feel. Everywhere was spotless, and the hosts were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Breakfast always included something freshly baked, along with produce from the garden; the other food was locally sourced too. The two dogs were lovely. We had a fabulous stay and enjoyed it so much 😄

A lovely, clean, safe place with a really, really nice host! It's a great base for exploring Salento. Davide gave us all the recommendations we needed, and we had the best dinner in all of Italy so far at Gusto. We'll be back! 👍🤓

We just got home and already miss you! This Masseria is a great place to stay, full of the spirit of Salento. Davide and Maria Grazia, along with Conan &Tequila, were kind, dedicated, and passionate. Breakfast was amazing, and the place was quiet and genuine. Every destination in Salento is about half an hour away. See you soon, guys!

Davide made us feel like friends and was always there with helpful suggestions for things to do around Salento. Masseria Petra is lovely and so peaceful. We only stayed a few days, but I could easily have stayed for more than a month. Already looking forward to booking again next year.

The outdoor space is a real treat, with plenty of room to lounge and unwind in the quiet. We felt completely at home here and would love to return for a longer stay. I also appreciated all the little details and how nicely everything fits together.
