Maria Rosa and her husband were delightful and made us feel so welcome. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and breakfast came with delicious homemade baked goods. The pool and garden are truly stunning, and we often had the pool to ourselves. What a lovely little haven of peace. Highly recommend this Masseria.

The management was terrible, despite the place itself being nice. We noticed a lot of cameras as soon as we arrived, which gave us a bad first impression, and the room came with an endless list of rules. It was close to 40 degrees outside during our stay. We left the air-conditioning running when stepping out briefly, but several times we came back less than an hour later to find it switched off. I wondered if the manager had entered the room and turned it off after seeing us head toward the parking lot. The pool edges are very sharp, and I hurt myself on them often. There was also a slight sewage smell in the room. I didn’t report it to the manager because I’d heard him having a heated argument with a guest on the first day.

The owners, Maria Rossa and Salvatore, were truly lovely and made us feel very welcome. The resort was clean and comfortable, with an amazing pool, and its location between Lecce and Otranto was ideal. Thanks again, masseria san cosimo. Mohamed & noha

Maria Rosa was so welcoming and helpful, and she recommended some very good restaurants. We stayed in Iris 1, a massive room for two with a large bathroom and a stunning ceiling. The quiet, pleasant masseria is a great place to stay while traveling around Puglia, including for visits to spiaggia Pescoluse, San Foca, Torre Sant'Andrea, Torre dell'Orsa, Punta Ristola, and Otranto.
