Villino Micol camere a due passi dal mare

Stefania does a wonderful job keeping the villa fresh, clean, and in great shape, with Signora Marisa helping out with everything. The rooms, dining room, and outdoor areas were all very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was lovely, and things were available throughout the day. The free bicycles are a fantastic extra for exploring the neighborhood and spending time outdoors. It's a beautiful little villa in the middle of Marina di Carrara, with everything just a few steps away. The place is thoughtfully arranged and has a relaxing feel. We'll definitely come back to explore the area in spring.

The rooms are new and have air conditioning, with a large balcony. Breakfast was good and served in a pleasant atmosphere, though it could have had more variety. The owners were kind and helpful, and free bicycles were available. It's well located near the beach and restaurants, right beside a bus stop.

The room had some useful features: large closets, a small desk, and a bathroom with a drying rack and dryer. But it felt claustrophobic, with just one window looking out at the sky. You may be able to get a normal room by booking on the ground floor, though those rooms open directly onto the breakfast room. The breakfast room is separated from the first-floor rooms only by a narrow staircase, so noise is an obvious concern. There’s no elevator, and check-in and check-out times are very limited and spartan. The cottage is about 300 meters from the sea, but at least 500 meters from the public beach. There are a couple of outdoor seating areas, free bicycles for guests to use themselves, and plenty of free parking out front. Breakfast doesn’t include homemade food, there’s no reception assistance, and there’s hardly any space on the first floor, about 1.5 square meters. The rooms are very close together. Stefania, one of the staff, was very kind, but I didn’t see the manager or owner at all during our three days.
