We arrived very late after coming down from Austria and looking for campsites, but we enjoyed our stay here in mid July 2025. Antonio and Susan were hospitable and helpful, with tips for hikes and places to visit in cinque terre. They even called around to help us find a campsite. The room was spacious, tidy, and very clean. Breakfast was complete and great, with lots of coffee. Definitely recommend staying here.

We called after 1:30 am and were told we could still come. Antonio greeted us politely and warmly, helped with our suitcases, and said we could pay the next day. He and Susan are such kind, welcoming hosts. The location was very calm, and the fan in our room was a lifesaver in the August heat. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I’m glad La Bordigona was still open in early November, since I travel the world by motorcycle. Susan was an amazing hostess, and my room was clean and comfortable. There was safe parking for my motorbike, too. Breakfast wasn’t offered in the low season, but Susan kindly gave me tea and coffee, and there’s a cafè nearby. The hike to the nearby Sanctuary was a bonus. Thanks, Susan!

The place is up a hill close to a road, so it’s easy to reach but still quiet. Our room was super clean, and the owners were friendly and happy to chat. They also shared local tips, including a special route or pass where we managed to see wild horses running around. I’d love to stay again. Thanks for hosting us.

We felt so good at La Bordigona that every day we wished we could stay longer. Our dog was welcome and happy there, too. It’s a lovely, peaceful place, and the room and bathroom were spotless. Breakfast was tasty and sweet, Italian style, with homemade cake, marmalade, garden honey, freshly squeezed orange juice, and good coffee. It’s worth checking the map to see whether the location works for you. We loved being near Levanto by the sea, and also visited CinqueTerre and La Spezia. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you, La Bordigona ❤️
